Prior to pursuing her career in Real Estate, Ellyn worked in Event Sales and hospitality for over a decade. Most recently on Navy Pier for the World’s Largest Rooftop Venue as their Senior Sales Manager. Her previous experience has given her a strong background in contracts, negotiating, effective communication, managing expectations, and marketing. Ellyn brings dedication and unparalleled customer service to every client. Ellyn believes that the key to success is open communication and attention to detail through every step of the process and beyond.

It can be intimating to start the search for your dream home. I am here to help. At our initial meeting we will discuss all aspects of what is important to you. Taking into account all market factors and your personal needs, I will create a extensive list of available homes. I will also attend open houses with you and arrange showings. I will continue to update your needs as they develop and lend my expertise on each property. Once you find the right property, I will conduct a comprehensive market analysis to guide you to the best offer price. I will recommend lenders, attorneys, and all other resources you may need. Once you feel confident, I will present the offer and negotiate on your behalf. I will continue to manage your purchase until closing. After closing – I am still here to help!
